Cabaret's Penultimate night...

Right. If any of you are alive out there still, we have two more nights to go and they are both going to be just wonderful. I realise this is the last weekend of the Fringe but get yourselves together and celebrate the end of the fringe in style.
Last  night was a slick and sublime with sultry sounds from Lucille and the sparkly clash of a glittery kamikaze disco ball. The martyrs evil glares struck fear into the audience but won our soul back with their ditty about apocalypse. And Piff once again sprang gaily onto stage to entertain us in his cheery manner.

So tonight we have an extended show til 5 PM!

Our favourite host Dusty Limits presents:

Piff the Magic Dragon
Kiki Lovechild
Vicky Butterfly
Teniah Twisted
Baby Warhol
Lynn Ruth Miller
Sxip Shirey
The Horndog Brass Band

See you there!

Saturday night live!

Roll on Saturday!
After the astounding line up we had yesterday, we are still finding glitter all over our flat, clothes, faces and hair due to an explosion from Hot Gusset. And anyone who wasn't in love with Missy Malone before, they will be now! Her Diablo dance was stunning with added technical genius from our lighting guy Jamie. Hats off to you!

In our third last night, we have a rocking line up for you in preparation for the wildest weekend of the Fringe Cabaret!

Dusty Limits Presents,

Piff the Magic Dragon
Creative Martyrs
Sxip Shirey
and
Marcus Machiavellian

The photo of the day is me with Mr Piffalicious just before I kidknapped him ....  just kidding!

Along with the usual classics we have a star of UK Burlesque coming to our stage. Missy Malone will be spending her Friday evening with our audience to dazzle, sparkle and blow your mind!

Along with our Broadway Baby FIVE STAR review, you would be silly to miss out.
On another note, went to go and see the Creative Martyrs last night and it was amazing! Go see them before they finish for the fringe. And keep an eye out for them in the future - they are going places in their own quirky way.

Dusty Limits presents to you:

Piff the Magic Dragon
Amy Duncan
Creative Martyrs
Ivy Paige
Hot Gussett
and
Missy Malone

Making magic out of dust!

After a few last minute hitches, we found ourselves in a very cabaret-esque situation yesterday. But being the class acts that we are, we pulled together a great line up of fabulous performers including Lois of the Lane who did a hilarious rendition of 'Fever'. I was laughed until I cried. Thanks Lois! You even had zebra stripes on! Very very clever. ;)
So who do we have for your delectation this evening?

Dusty Limits returns once more (in fact I might just give up telling you he's coming because he's doing the rest of the run. I tell you what? If he doesn't turn up, I'll let you know!)

Ivy Paige
Victoria Aitken
Jest Like Danny Kaye
Spontaneous Broadway
Markee de Saw
Bareback Banshees
and

The Lady who Laughed

We had an amazing audience last night. Anne (happy mother of five) made us organisers and performers very happy by finding so much joy in all our acts. Dusty even gave her a hug because of her amazing endless laugh...
It was the first time I saw Dr Brown, the rather skew-iff clown stumbled onto our stage and presented us with a show of subdued but highly entertaining skits.
The Martyrs were on Top form. Never heard them sing that well before - and that is saying something!
And of course, Joe Black provided us with enough energy and virtuoso to last us all night: his outfit strangely complimenting that of our Host, Dusty Limits.
We are glad you have been rescued Dusty!

If Dusty is not taken from us again, we hope he will be storming our stage again with another killer line up:

Vendetta Vain
Piff the Magic Dragon
Rosie Wilby
Ivy Paige
Mister Meredith
and
Sxip Shirey

See ya there! :)
